Sarullo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the original "Made in Italy", is entirely made with olives from the Biancolilla variety, hand picked on the hills of Calamonaci and neighbouring areas, which are taken to the oil mill and milled straight away to maintain the organoleptic and healthy properties of the oil.
